Group ZIP "THE RAFT" 2011 performance, installation

Near the city center but in quite secluded place among the trees is installed construction wich somehow is reminiscent of a raft or a street scene or an apartment. Installation is assembled from objects found in the factory, as old and modern. The choice of subjects is not random: some objects are necessary for providing movement, navigation and communication with outside world, the other ones - provide everyday life and even some comfort. The raft is completely autonomous system ensuring survival of five artists-researchers under any conditions in all situations.
"The Raft" - is a kind of symbolic surface which forms
the space of hope and salvation.
